Whats my guarantee that the nurses will pass NCLEX?
This is question that always haunts healthcare employers. To those who are familiar with international recruitment, they understand that passing the NCLEX is normally not difficult for those nurses who are recent CGFNS passers. This is because the CGFNS exam has a lower pass rate than the NCLEX and it has similar type questions to the NCLEX so it is a good predictor for passage of NCLEX. In fact, for nurses arriving in the U.S. with CGFNS, we have over a 93% first time passage rate for NCLEX. All remaining percentage passed on the second exam. We as an entity worry less about passage of NCLEX than we do about other stages of this process.
