Since the exact value is not publically displayed, finding a Pokemon that fits this description is as good as random. However, a man in Pacifidlog Town will say “I can see Mirage Island today!” if there is such a Pokemon in your party. Mirage Island appears on Route 130 by Surfing east from Pacifidlog Town (You can’t miss it). In the grass there, you’ll find Wynaut and the Liechi Berry.
