Whats lossless encoding?
21. Lossless encoding is data compression for audio, but it doesn’t “throw away” any audio. The decoded file is bit for bit the same as the original file. It maintains the original quality of the audio, but can’t shrink the file size down as much as lossy encoded files. MLP is the lossless codec accepted in DVD-Audio. Our discWelder CHROME can accept MLP encoded files.
