The Air Force, on the other hand, operating in a more fluid and dynamic three-dimensional environment, molds its leaders from a very early age to remain fluid themselves, flexible (extremely flexible), and display an ability to change tempo, direction and position rapidly…absolutely critical for today’s–and tomorrow’s–air combat leaders.
