What’s it like working with Outlook?
Psychology and counselling are often called ‘talking therapy’. During the sessions, we help you to talk about your problems and how they are affecting you. We also help you (or your child) decide what you would like to do about them and work with you to help achieve your goals. We have a toolkit of things we know have helped other people with appearance concerns, and will usually offer you practical psychological support with some ideas for things to try at home between sessions.
