Whats it like to be a conductor?
Jean-Philippe: Being a conductor is sort of like being a chef in a restaurant: you have your own responsibilities and you also have to make sure that all the ingredients are being measured and mixed correctly. You have to respect the musicians you work with and inspire them to play the music in front of them. For me, it’s a fantastic way to grow artistically!!!
