Whats it like sleeping in a car in the winter?

Camping in car is a learned experience. Sometimes painful. Granted near Canada, and this country has no respect. They purposely spill -35 degree weather where you can literary die if over come by the cold. Camped in the vehicle over night in that temp, it started out in warm vehicle, then shut it off to save fuel, fell asleep hard, then woke from so much pain from feet frozen solid I could cry. Getting warm again took hours. First things first. Stash extra fuel. Running the engine all night, or while sleeping during the day. I usually camp at large truck stops anyway. So I never had to use it. If you don’t mind being disturbed every few hours, bring, or set alarm on cell phone. And restart vehicle. I like driving at night, so I might sleep in safe zone during the day. Don’t need PO-Lice tapping on your window at night. Yes a solid exhaust system.. No backing vehicle into deep snow blocking exhaust. Like in my favorite movie, smarter than a bag of hammers. Why we even have to discuss it
