Whats it like being a professor for Olivet Nazarene University?
During the past seven years I have enjoyed teaching in the MAE, READ, MAT and AAB/BBA programs. Teaching for Olivet has been a great experience for several reasons. First of all, I am passionate about Olivet’s mission and vision. This is the main reason why I am here, why I send my son here, and why I recommend the University to everyone I know. People tease me about having an ONU sweatshirt in every available color. I just laugh and say, “Why not?” I’m Olivet’s greatest cheerleader! When asked why I love teaching for ONU, my answer is always the same: I believe in this place. I believe that all people deserve to be educated through truth, and that truth begins with the Word of God. I love the curriculum that begins with a devotion and prayer, and continues with the highest of academic expectations.
