Whats it like being a headliner for the WEC?
It’s amazing. When I started out I didn’t expect this to happen. When I started there wasn’t a world title for my weight class it was only the bigger guys. They even were discounting the 155er’s. There was no home for me and as I was getting better so was the sport. Is your next fight scheduled yet? Jose Aldo will be November 11th. They haven’t secured a location yet, but I have signed the contract. Out of all of your fights, which one did you learn the most from? Either Yves Edwards or Urijah Faber 2. Those were the longer tougher battles. Yves was the first world class fighter that I beat. And the second Faber fight because it went five rounds and now I know that I can go five rounds and I feel confident in a five round fight that I will always win the later rounds. Which fight is your favorite? The best two highlight fights would be Faber 1 when I knocked him out. And I like Leonard Garcia and finished him because that hadn’t been done before.
