What’s involved with Auditing and Testing?
Sometimes a customer will already have a Business Continuity Plan in place, but has never had it professionally validated. For a fee, Business Continuity Consultants will analyse an existing plan and offer recommendations. Once a proper Business Continuity Plan exists, a customer should test on a frequent basis, often annually or semi-annually, and this usually requires third party assistance.
