If you already have a DVR (Model 2708 or 6416) and standard receiver (Model 2500), there is no installation required. Simply call and order, and the Home Media DVR feature will be added to your service. If you don’t have a DVR box, a technician will be dispatched after you order your service to install your DVR and any additional receiver.
