Whats involved in the Connemara Rough Diamond?
The Connemara Rough Diamond Funventure is on Saturday 28th August and kicks off at 1pm on Lettergesh Beach in Renvyle, Co. Galway. It’s the 1m 4 furlongs “John Wayne” themed Human Steeple Chase, a 21Km bike ride, the “Fear Gorta” Assault Course in the Woods and a 7.5km run to the Rough Diamond Summit. When you’re done, you can chill-out with your fellow competitors in the relaxed atmosphere of the Rough Diamond after-party.
