Whats involved in the Biznet Prepaid Broadband Service installation process?
When you place your order for Biznet Prepaid Broadband Service, you are required to purchase and pay Biznet Starter Pack. After that, we will schedule an appointment time for a Biznet technician to come to your home/office to conduct the installation process. When we visit your home/office for installation according to the schedule, if the person in charge or assigned person is not available so we cannot do the installation, then you are required to reschedule appointment time with our Customer Care Specialist. You also required to pay the rescheduling fee. Depending on your location, we may need to bury the new fiber optic cabling from our area terminal to your home/office. This will typically take place prior to your installation date, and you are not required to be present for this portion of the installation.
