Whats involved in gathering evidence for a Class Action?
Gathering Evidence to prove the case. This is typically done by obtaining medical records and reports, as well as documentation supporting any lost wages and/or out-of-pocket expenses that you may have incurred as a result of the effects from taking Vioxx. With regard to medical records and reports, we will send copies of all of these to you, upon receipt from your medical care-givers. We’ll ask that you read them through carefully as soon as you receive them, flagging any areas of concern, and then return the records/reports to our office. The defendant is entitled to disclosure of your prior medical history, but we endeavor to screen medical records for sexual or gynecological history, as well as references to third parties (ie. family members) and remove them where possible.
