Whats involved in CKM Boot-Camps ?
firstly , let me make this very clear , there are two distinct areas : 1) you do not have to become a ‘Certified’ Instructor to attend a CKM Boot-camp you may wish to simply ‘go through the process’ and get experience of a real ‘Boot-Camp’ . If this is the case then : a) be in good cardio condition (Sprint, conditioning, hill runs etc ) Or better still attend CKM classes before you attempt a Boot-Camp Refer www.commandokravmaga.com for Instructor world locations b) It is better that you have some self-defence experience before attempting the CKM Boot-camp 2) If you wish to be a ‘certified’ CKM Instructor then ‘all of the above’ + min 3 years self-defence or military experience , and you will be tested by Moni Aizik personally so ‘be ready’. Again CKM classes or private lessons is the best preparation prior to the event.
