It’s important to identify what participants hope to gain from 360-degree feedback, whether the organization is ready for the process, and if managers will follow through on the results. Much depends on the level of trust within the organization and whether the feedback will be used for individual development, rather than to influence compensation decisions or personnel action. A successful 360-degree feedback project has several phases. Develop the survey Develop a list of behaviors that describe the individual’s contributions within the organization.
