What’s involved in a structural engineering inspection?

0

A. We will evaluate all visible and accessible areas of the house or building, noting individual concerns as they’re encountered. Considering the nature and scope of these investigations, we do not perform destructive or invasive testing during these site visits. If there are known structural concerns listed in a Home Inspector’s report, we will comment on these items individually. As mentioned previously, it is our goal to provide the needed information for the client to make an informed decision. For this reason, it is recommended that the client meet with the engineer at the site if at all possible.
