The CulinaryPrep is designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. With that, your CulinaryPrep comes with two main components—the base unit and the drum unit. The base unit includes an attached power cord and vacuum unit hose. The drum unit includes the standard, 10lb drum, a lid and two Grovac™ Ribs. Each CulinaryPrep also includes an owner’s manual and your initial supply of neutralizer/prep solution and marinades.
