First you’ll need the platform itself, as well all of the wall brackets and screws that the platform will attach to. Depending on what you purchase, some brackets get installed directly into the wall, while other brackets are mounted on their own supports that then get installed into the wall. In addition to these basic hardware components, you’ll also be receiving a speed bag, and the swivel mechanism that you’ll be working with as well.
