What’s included in the ESA contract?
Regular maintenance and service on mechanical equipment prolongs its life and helps keep it running at peak efficiency. While inspections do not guarantee that your system will operate trouble-free, potential problems can be spotted before they result in a breakdown. Our ESA consists of two thorough seasonal inspections of the heating and air conditioning system using the “Certificate of Inspection,”checking the electrical components of the system and performing carbon monoxide testing (on gas or oil furnaces). Our ESA customers receive priority dispatching for 24-hour emergency service and a 15% discount on any repairs that might be needed throughout the year.
