For UK-based full package customers – Flights from a UK airport to the most convenient airport for the tour, or surface transport eg. rail as an alternative to flights where applicable. Accommodation and meals as specified on the web, in the brochure and dossier. Transfer of baggage (one piece of baggage per person, not more than 20kg) from one hotel to the next each time than you move on during a tour. Specially researched detailed Route Notes. Maps at a suitable scale for the days ride, usually with the cycling route highlighted. A plastic case to carry the map and Route Notes in and to keep them dry. In some cases a book or general guidebook with background information on the area of the tour.
