Packet pick up is at the Boilermaker Expo on Friday, July 9 from 12 noon to 7 p.m. and Saturday, July 10 from 8 a.m to 4:30 p.m. The event takes place at the Masonic Care Community, 2150 Bleecker Street, Utica, New York. Someone else may pick up your race packet but he/she must present a letter from you authorizing them to do so, along with a copy of your photo ID. We strongly discourage race day packet pick up; however, we do allow runners from out-of-town to pick them up on race morning from 6 to 7 a.m. 15K runners may do so at ECR International, 2201 Dwyer Avenue, Utica, New York and 5K runners may do so at Donovan Stadium, 1700 Sunset Ave, Utica, New York.
