Whats in the folder All Mail and do I need to transfer it?
The folder ‘All Mail’ makes a lot of our users confused. A simple explanation of this folder is that it includes a copy of all your messages. The only people who do need to transfer this folder, are users who are using the ‘Archive’-feature in Gmail/Google Apps. In this case, you will have messages in the folder ‘All Mail’ that do not reside in any other folder. If you do not use the ‘Archive’-feature in Gmail, you can safely ignore this folder. This will also speed up the migration significantly.
