Desert, rivers, ocean and good ‘ole countryside is everywhere outside of the three cities. There are 12 small towns and one huge mountain called “Mount Chiliad.” It is the largest object in the game. The mountain is “about half a mile tall” and has plenty of trails, cliff-top roads and tunnels.
