So, how’s the break up going? Have you seen the bad habit that you promised to end your relationship? It’s hard – we all know there are foods, habits, or unhealthy things that suck us back into our old ways. For me, my habit was not planning. Eating on the run, quick, easy dinners, and mindless snacking are my worst enemies. So I divorced my unplanned life! I have a grocery list every week, and even a menu plan . Without it, I’d be lost.
