Whats Hoppening at Two Brothers Brewing Company?
Two Brother’s Brewing Company is announcing a new line of specialty beers, called the Champagne Series. These beers will be available on a quarterly seasonal basis and will be brewed in small batches which translates to a very limited supply of about 140 cases for the Chicago metro area. “We’re just making beer styles up really,” notes Jim Ebel, “we want them to be unique, unheard of beers. It’s fun and it gives us some new things to do in the brewhouse. Basically we brew the same four beers over and over so it gets everyone really excited!
