What’s holding most people back from reaching their goals?
Answer Often goals are not clarified or clearly defined. Or the steps to achieve them mapped out clearly. Sometimes the goal currently pursued is not what the client really wants – many times we pursue what we think we ‘should’ do. Or some of us are held back by limiting beliefs and negative assumptions; huge ‘energy sink-holes.’ And trying to move ahead with conflicting intentions is a little like standing with one foot on the dock and the other in a boat while the tide goes out. Never a good look! Once you recognize these thought patterns, we can work on converting them.
