Whats happening with Israel and Palestine?
Israel, the Jewish -State didn’t exist until 1948, although there were Jews in the current area of Israel for many thousands years, the state itself never existed, but there were various forms of “Kindgoms” such as the Kindgom of Jerusalem and before it was part of the Ottoman Empire and before that it was either under the control of various kings in Europe , gaining it by sending a crusading army to re-conquer the territory from muslim hands. Ever since the Ottoman Empire collapsed, the area became disputed soon after it was under the control of England (early 20th century) After WWII ( In 1948) the area received a booming number of Jewish immigrants and soon they declared Israel as the Jewish State. The problem was, that the area is also heavly populated by the so called “Palestinians”, who are mostly Islamic but there are also some small percentage of Christians. So you got a new country on top of another and 2 highly opposing religions (Islam vs Judaism) , while most countries do r
