Whats happening during the Stars of Oceania Luncheon?
During the two hour luncheon, the Head of State of the Independent State of Samoa, His Highness Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi, will deliver the keynote address. In addition, we will introduce our Stars of Oceania, the traditional leaders from the Pacific who are also elected public officials or community leaders. We will also recognize three students from the Pacific Islands that received scholarships through the Stars of Oceania Scholarship Fund and our fundraising efforts at the 2006 Stars of Oceania event.
