The creation of a new roundabout layout at the Coldra is now complete and the works have made a significant improvement to traffic flow at one of Newport’s busiest areas – a key benefit for residents and a legacy of Newport hosting The Ryder Cup. The barrier works on the M4 are being carried out by the Welsh Assembly Government and they have programmed in The Ryder Cup to their schedule.
