Whats different about HRM Coaching?
Unlike many online ‘find a coach’ services, we don’t put details of our team of coaches on our website. In our experience, people are interested in coaching because they want to interact with a person. When you work with a coach, you have a series of structured conversations with them. It can be difficult to judge what a person is actually like from looking at their listing on a website and it doesn’t allow you to ask questions so that you can compare skills and experience before you pick up the phone to start your coaching programme.
