Whats different about Holy Cross Christian Nursery School and Kindergarten?
At Holy Cross, our goal is to encourage children and their families in a growing awareness of and relationship with Jesus Christ and to help them be the very best the Lord intends them to be socially, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. Our school meets licensure requirements for the state of New Jersey, and the staff consists of personnel trained in early childhood education. The school is open to children of all faiths, who are 2 – 6 years of age. Facilities HCCNS&K and Holy Cross Lutheran Church are located at 639 Mountain Avenue, Springfield. There are 5 fully equipped classrooms which are considerably larger than state requirements for student space allotment. The classrooms provide a material-rich setting for play and learning. A large enclosed outdoor playground with safe, age-appropriate equipment and safe ground cover is on the site for outdoor play.
