They can make great pets. Ringnecks can too, but have a reputation of being nippy and you need to stay on top of their training (a bit of an unfair reputation though, ringnecks can make LOVELY pets, they are just free spirited). I have met some good talking Ringnecks too. Ringnecks come in a lot more colours than Alexandrines and are usually cheaper in price.
