Whats Devon County Council doing to help?
• We’re looking at the gaps in training for motorcyclists with a view to providing new courses • Advice on motorcycle safety will be made available to both riders and drivers through local dealerships • Riders involved in crashes have the opportunity of attending a Driver Improvement course at Devon Drivers’ Centre • The facilities at Devon Drivers’ Centre are available to all private sector instructors involved in motorcycle training • We make sure that the special needs of motorcyclists, and other vulnerable road users, are incorporated into highway design
