What’s developing in the photo lab?
The girls will make photograms in the ARTica Darkrooms. They will expose lace clear plastic tissue, and other transparent objects to light on photo paper and then develop images. The girls will be given a brief lecture on photography as it relates to art. NOTE: This project is for girls 12 and over. Ready…Aim…Hired! Putting your best foot forward! You will learn by doing in this program designed to familiarize you with the techniques news reporters use. And you’ll go home with your very own videotape of you anchoring the news. Rock the Boat: Campus Activism with College Feminists! We will teach the girls about campus activism by having them pick an issues they care about and making posters and rubber band bracelets with creative slogans and bracelets.
