I wouldn’t quite say “everything,” but certainly oil is used to amke a wide variety of products. Here’s what comes to mind: gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, kerosene, alkenes, plastics, lubricants, motor oils, grease, wax, sulfur, sulfuric acid, cosmetics, tar, asphalt, and roofing shingles.
