Whats causing my breathing difficulties?
You should really get checked out as the breathing difficulty is very scary. It could be an allergy or the onset of asthma, or even a chest infection. It may have been that someone else at the flat has a cat, and you have had prolonged contact with them. Another reason that brings on tightness in the chest is stress, have you been under any lately ?? Have the problem looked at for your own peace of mind. Good luck and health.
