Whats better for developing chest muscles, pushups or chinups?
pushups are the best but the others require to different things, for bi ceps use chin ups or lift some sort of weight in a bi cep curl, for the triceps, sit on the couch put your hands down on the couch besides each leg, pick your self off the couch an lower your self to the floor while keeping your hands on the couch, then raise yourself back up again.
