Whats best – resale, or a new build?
The benefit of purchasing a resale is that the closing date will be more immediate than a new build, but you may inherit all the idiosyncrasies that comes with an older property. A new build can take anything between 24 to 48 weeks to be finished, and you can select all interior fittings such as floor covering, tiles, and house colour etc. so that the house and decor will be totally your personal choice.
