Whats best for going to America – travel cards or travellers cheques?
In the past I’ve used travellers’ cheques as cash in America, but increasingly they’re becoming a “niche” currency. Travel money cards are the 21st century solution, but they can be expensive and lack many of the benefits of a “real” credit card. I’d take a credit card or two, and some cash dollars.
