Whats an uncommon Mythical Creature?
Well possibly one could be a Siren which is the women from greek mythology whose voices are so beautiful that they lead sailors to crash their ships on the rocks where they sit and die, you could use a modern version of this where perhaps a girl discovers she has the powers of a siren when she sings its a thought. another could be a succubus which is a terrible beauty from the hells who tries to seduce men and steals their souls in the process, this creature is supposed to be seductively beautiful and very evil at the same time it would really depend upon the kind of character you are creating, as for the name make sure you pick one that works with all the other characters in the book, you can’t have her running around with an ancient Sumerian name if everyone else is called bob and jenny for example…
