Whats all the talk about at Pier 60 during sunset time?
Celebrate the sunset at Pier 60 two hours before and after sunset 365 day a year, weather permitting. Pier 60 has a nightly festival of artists, crafters, clowns, and street performers. On any given night, you may see a variety of acts, including, but not limited to: magicians, balloon arts, fire eaters, stilt walkers, living statues, escape artists, break dancers, performing pets, and jugglers, just to name a few. There’s a variety of live music at the pavilion nightly. It’s a great use of public land for artistic and cultural purposes which benefit the community as a whole by enriching the cultural experience of our visitors.
