Whats all the commotion over the year 2012?
When I first heard about the Mayan Calendar and the date 21st of December 2012 I was a young man. It was the year 1985, the cold war was still going on, Tjernobyl had just happened and trees where dying because of acid rain. Doom-thinking! The End of the world was not so unthinkable, it would come one day, that I was sure of, however, 2012 was a great deal of time away.
