This information is for the club’s Meet Entry Coordinator, who compiles our “list of entrants” and sends it in to the host club, and then either takes or sends the individual entry forms to the meet. Please DO NOT fax or e-mail your individual entry form to the host club! Short Track Speed Skating Meets The first meet that a skater attends can be a bit overwhelming, so we hope that this will help prepare you! The meet begins with a warm-up (at a definite time) for all skaters, and from there, goes into a schedule of races. As no one can predict the exact length of each race, as well as how many floods, etc., will be required, it is very difficult to say exactly when a skater will race or when lunch and coffee breaks will take place.
