Whats ahead for Michael Jacksons kids?

She writes: “…in California, it doesn’t matter if Michael used a sperm donor an egg donor and a surrogate for all of his children. Intent controls in California and as long as he had the intent to parent, and the third parties did not, he is the father.” Debbie Rowe is the legal mother of his two older children, Prince and Paris – and another woman acted as surrogate for the youngest child, Blanket. Rowe may end-up with visitation and custody rights to Prince and Paris. The hearing is scheduled for July 20. stephaniec notes that Blanket has never been separated from his two older siblings and to separate them after they have lost so much would be harmful. stephaniec is the founder of Extraordinary Conceptions, LLC, a surrogacy and egg donation agency.
