Whats A Way To Get Stronger In Rugby League?
Hey man, Yeah, it would probably help if you worked on your leg muscles and stuff, because most of the things in rugby league come from leg drive. So the stronger your legs are the more drive you will get from them, do stuff like squats to build leg strength. I’m sure google will have some leg exercises for you. Also, one of our guys last year he broke like EVERY tackle and he said that all he did was hit the line at the same speed as he ran up to it (if you understand) and not slow down or brace himself in any way.
