Whats a usual day in the Socceroos camp?
I’m up at 8am, have breakfast, then get treatment for any problems I might have. From 10.30, we train hard doing running or passing. About 1pm, it’s time for lunch, and from two to four, we’re either getting a massage, chilling in our rooms or catching up with family. The second session starts at 5pm more running and passing. We’ll get back at seven for dinner, and after that a bit of treatment. I try to in bed by 11 to get around nine hours of sleep. Who’s the biggest joker in the squad? Probably me. It used to be me and Archie [Thompson]. We have a laugh, even with Lucas [Neill]. The other day, we made one of the fitness coaches dress up as Michael Jackson, with a hat and a broomstick, and do the moves. He had to incorporate the moonwalk.
