Whats a typical group meeting like with Fido Fit?
A typical group meeting starts with some quick warm-up exercises followed by the walk or run scheduled for that day. After our workout, there will be a brief seminar on a topic relating to the health and wellness of either dogs or humans (usually we’ll rotate one week on humans, one week on dogs). Following the seminar, dogs and owners who wish may socialize with others in the park.
