A Seller’s Permit (or resale number) allows you to purchase goods for resale without paying tax. If you do not have a Seller’s Permit and ship outside of California, then you are not subject to California’s sales tax. However, if you are shipping within California and do not have a Seller’s Permit, then you are subject to an 8.25% sales tax (Los Angeles County). If you do not have a Seller’s Permit, you can still sign-up an account and make purchases from Ameriglobe.net.
