Whats a removable clasp, and do I want that?

Upon request, chains or beads with a toggle clasp can have the pendant attached with a removable clasp (what attaches the pendant to the toggle). It can be opened by hand so the pendant can easily be removed from the toggle giving you the flexibility to wear the beads/chain with or without the pendant, or the pendant with a different chain. Because it’s removable, it will loosen from frequent opening and closing. You will need to check it regularly and squeeze the back with a pair of pliers from time to time so it remains tight. Unless requested, we will attach your pendant to the toggle with a secure jump ring that requires 2 pairs of pliers to open and close. If you would prefer to have a “removable clasp” please make this request in the Additional Stamping Instructions box after entering the words/dates to stamp.
